Nurture and Peace Foundation, operates a “Software-as-a-Service” business model, providing subscription-based services to enterprises. We sell a service directly to companies, such as your Employer. We do not sell your data, your Employer’s data, or monetize it through advertising. Your Employer controls the data entered into our Platform and determines its use.

In this Privacy Notice, when we use words like “we,” “our,” or “us,” we are referring to Nurture and Peace Foundation (NAPF). When we use words like “you,” or “your,” we are referring to you, a visitor to our website. When we use the words “Awardee” or “Employer,” we are referring to the company who has contracted with Nurture and Peace Foundation (NAPF)for our various employee engagement, recognition, and rewards services (collectively, the “Services”), which are offered through our web-based application and associated mobile apps and plug-ins (collectively, the “Platform”).

Nurture and Peace Foundation (NAPF)’ products, services, and website are provided to employers and their employees.
