Nayika Award

Why It Matters

We live in a time where true service and selflessness often go unnoticed. The Nurture and Peace Foundation seeks to change that — by telling the stories of those who serve, build, and heal, often away from the spotlight.

This award is not just a title — it is a tribute to lives lived for the good of others.

“Celebrating Women Who Build, Nurture, and Lead with Purpose”.

The NAPF Nayika Award, an initiative of the Nurture and Peace Foundation, is a tribute to the extraordinary spirit of women who lead with courage, compassion, and vision. Rooted in the word “Nayika”—meaning heroine—this award celebrates women who are driving change in their communities, industries, and the world at large.

As a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing growth, equality, and peace, the Nurture and Peace Foundation believes in recognizing women who embody these values through their entrepreneurial spirit, social innovation, and grassroots leadership.

Each year, the Nayika Award honors remarkable women from diverse backgrounds who have:

  • Launched or led impactful initiatives,
  • Empowered others through mentorship,
  • Promoted peace, inclusion, or sustainable development,
  • And served as inspiring role models in society.

 Why Nayika Award?

Behind every movement of change is a woman who dares to lead. The Nayika Award celebrates not just success, but purpose-driven impact — the kind that uplifts others, nurtures communities, and brings lasting transformation.

“Your work matters. Your legacy inspires. Your journey uplifts us all.”
